You acknowledge that rewards are subject to fluctuation and that ClickViral.io reserves the right to reevaluate your rewards or modify the reward system at any time without prior notice. ClickViral.io is not an earnings platform or an advertising network.

Your user balances is a feeature designed to be used locally on the ClickViral.io platform, not tranferable, do not have any monetary value or other value outside of the website and do not guarantee you any payouts. You can withdraw certain rewards using your Wallet section, however, any balances reflected in your wallet do not guarantee a payout until unless explicitly allowed per each user, approved and processed by the platform administration. Main balance is displayed in ClickViral.io dollars, which, together with ClickViral.io diamonds are internal currencies with no guaranteed conversion to other currencies and do not reflect any real work currency.

ClickViral.io offers a referral program where you may earn a percentage of rewards generated by users you refer. Your participation in this program must adhere to all applicable laws, and you are prohibited from using fraudulent methods to generate referrals or manipulate earnings. Referral rewards may be subject to change at the sole discretion of ClickViral.io.

By using ClickViral.io, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate clicks, activities, or referrals.
2. Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as manipulating IP addresses, using VPNs to generate fake clicks, or providing false information.
3. Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or attempting to interfere with their use of the platform.
4. Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform’s security systems.

You may request to withdraw earned rewards according to the available payment methods listed on the platform. Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds and the availability of withdrawal options, which may vary depending on your account status, activity level, and the terms set by ClickViral.io. You acknowledge that withdrawal requests are processed within the time frame provided by the platform, and delays may occur due to technical issues, verification processes, or other factors. ClickViral.io reserves the right to withhold or deny withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity or violations of these Terms.

ClickViral.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or services, including rewards, payout structures, or available features, at any time without prior notice. Users agree that ClickViral.io will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

ClickViral.io may terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms, engagement in fraudulent activities, or other misconduct. In the event of termination, any unpaid rewards or balances may be forfeited, and you may be prohibited from registering for a new account. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting ClickViral.io customer support; however, any rewards that have not been withdrawn prior to termination may be forfeited.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to ClickViral.io are the sole property of ClickViral.io and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the platform without express written permission from ClickViral.io.
